GENERAL FAQ'S

Do you travel for sessions?

Yes, absolutely! In love traveling to new places to shoot!

Where will my session take place?

Unless you have a specific location in mind, together we will choose a location that reflects your personality and style!

Do you have a studio?

No, I am an on-location photographer. I love shooting outdoors in amazing locations using natural light.

What happens if it rains?

If it's gloomy and grey out the morning of your shoot, don't panic just yet! As you already know, weather changes so quickly here in Kentucky that it may be okay by the time your shoot is scheduled to start. If the weather does not look promising within three hours prior to your shoot, we will reschedule your shoot for another day.

What is your cancellation policy?

I completely understand that things come up. A 48 hour notice is preferred. If less than a 24 hour notice is given then a $25 rescheduling fee will apply.

When will we get to see our images?

Your password-protected online gallery of images will be available for viewing within 14 days following your session. A sneak peek will be available within two days after your session. You will have 7 days to place your order and most print/product orders are delivered within two weeks. 

Do you offer Digital files?

Of course! There are three different Digital Collections and in fact they are the most popular collections. Purchasing the Digital files allow you to do all of your own printing. I have a couple of labs that I highly recommend that not only offers great quality prints and products but offers affordable pricing too.

What does the session fee cover?

The session fee covers only the session which takes anywhere from one to four hours depending on the session package you book. The session fee also includes an optional in-person ordering session. Prints and products are not included with session pricing unless you book The Cover Girl Package.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the custom nature of photography, the session price and any products ordered are nonrefundable. However, I will make every effort to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. All custom cards, albums, etc. will need your approval before orders are placed. 

What are your hours?

I'm available by phone during the following hours:

Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:30 pm

Saturday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm

Sundays - closed.

*I'm available for sessions 7 days per week. 

All correspondence is returned during business hours.
